Job description and responsibilities:

You report directly to the Event Supervisor (being the Conference & Operations Manager or the Company General Manager).
You are responsible for planning, developing and delivering special event to foreign & French companies, from 10 to 10 000 participants, A to Z, before, during and after the event.

In this operational position, you will be responsible for the administration and delivery of services of the highest standard, including but not limited to the following :

  • Research of ideas & suppliers
  • Preparation
  • Management
  • Contracts & payments of suppliers
  • Organization & logistics

Operations and logistics:

  • Research, negotiation, selection, confirmation, coordination, quality control and management of :
  • Venues
  • Hotels
  • Suppliers & contractors
  • Staffs
  • Travel & transportation
  • Coordination

Program, content & Event creation:

  • Program creation and management
  • Social events

Finances and budgeting:

  • Financial
  • Budget
  • Cost control, managing accounts & payments
  • Invoicing
  • Final account statements

In addition to the above tasks, you will demonstrate your ability in managing teams consisting of project coordinators, assistants, trainees, suppliers (hostesses, technicians) as well as ensuring high level client relationships.
